We are looking for friendly and reliable waitstaff who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Job Requirement and Description
As a Waitstaff team member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting daily restaurant operations. You will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for every customer.
Task & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and serve food and beverages
- Provide recommendations on menu items and wine pairings
- Ensure tables are setup correctly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience for at least 12 months in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA certification required
