Salary
AUD$80,000 + base negotiable (plus 12% Superannuation)
Job Requirements and Description
As a Plumber, you will carry out the installation, servicing, and repair of water, gas, drainage, and sanitation systems. You will manage your own workload while also collaborating with team members to ensure all jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewerage, and gas systems
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, plans, and specifications
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and system faults
- Install and service fixtures and fittings such as toilets, skinks, taps, hot water systems, and appliances
- Test plumbing systems to ensure safety, performance and compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work complies with Australian standards, regulations, and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant plumbing qualification and current licence
- Proven experience in plumbing installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
