Our partner employer is looking for multiple skilled and qualified Panel Beaters to join their busy and growing workshop. They’re offering sponsorship to overseas candidates under the TSS visa. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Australia as a Panel Beater!

Job Requirements and Description
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies and panels following accidents, wear, or corrosion. Your will work closely with painters and technicians to ensure vehicles are returned to their original condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and body parts
- Straighten frames and body structures using specialized equipment
- Weld, grind, sand, and shape metal and plastic components
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including filling and surface preparation
- Fit repaired panels, bumpers, doors, and trims
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques, welding, and panel alignment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Relevant trade qualification
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
