Salary
AUD$80,000-$100,000 base plus 12% Superannuation
Job Requirements and Description
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment
- Install and connect switchboards, lighting, power outlets, and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure all work complies with Australian standards, regulations, and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete job documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Offshore Technical Skills Record (we can assist you with this)
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
- Relevant trade qualification and current electrical license
- Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
